Wembley Stadium Events
Event / Project Details:
ISC have been involved in some amazing and some memorable events over the years, from staffing them to consulting on them and being part of the safety management team.
ISC have had the pleasure of being part of a champions league final in 2013, the final was an all-German final between Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich and saw 90,000 spectators fill the National stadium, Bayern Munich were victorious and our staff were on hand to look after the VIP areas including the players tunnel, players’ lounge and managers area.
In November 2015 Wembley had the honour of welcoming Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Wembley to deliver a powerful and moving speech alongside David Cameron, 60,000 spectators attended the National stadium. ISC staff were on hand to ensure a safe and powerful event, we had staff deployed in the tunnel/backstage areas to ensure only the right people with the right accreditation were in those areas. Take That one of the country’s top bands graced Wembley Stadium in 2011 for a sell-out concert.
Take That had 8 amazing nights at the stadium and it was truly an amazing event, for the concert ISC have roaming teams on the pitch standing area so that all spectators are having a fun but safe time while inside the stadium… ISC have been working concerts at the stadium for a number of years now and love every single event.
ISC provides smart corporate stewards and security to all Wembley event days for Club Wembley hospitality areas, the pitch, players’ areas, VIP visits, media, press and broadcasting. They have over 700 staff to support this function.
NFL (National Football League) 2007
Event / Project Details:
ISC were awarded the contract by the NFL in 2007 to look after all of the security and safety, operational consultancy and logistical needs of the NFL management team, Miami Dolphins coaching, management, cheerleaders and players, a 28ft tall statue with full animatronics and the new York Giants players, coaching and management staff, from planning stage, squad arrival, through to departure.
Two week tour of London for Miami Dolphins, Cheerleaders and entourage including a 28ft animatronics statue, culminating in a sell out game at Wembley National Stadium Ltd.

ISC were responsible for all aspects of team security at the hotels, training grounds and various planned events including press conferences and escorts for the cheerleaders and events planned and staffed by ISC all over London, including Canary Wharf, Trafalgar Square, Victoria Train Station and a number of high profile shopping centres.
ISC arranged vehicles with close protection officers to drive VIP's to locations such as Downing Street and the Houses of Parliament as well as providing security officers at all locations to ensure a safe and controlled environment.
The final event day held at Wembley Stadium saw ISC plan and implement stewarding plans, risk assessments, method statements and various briefing documents that complemented the stadiums documentation as a part of the pre event planning, as well as providing a first class management team to secure and operate the event for the NFL with some 150 staff also provided by ISC. The company ran this in parallel with WNSL's own staffing requirements of 65 ISC staff members, ensuring continuity of personnel.
NFL (National Football League) 2008
Event / Project Details:
ISC were enlisted for the second year to plan and handle all security aspects for the annual NFL UK tour. Providing security for NFL VVIP's, two teams of players, 35 Cheerleaders and dozens of NFL officials, the project required 24/7 operational security management with over 400 ISC staff on duty at peak times.

Thorough operational planning was required with initial meetings held twelve months in advance. During the operation ISC provided all aspects of security over a fourteen day period, including allocation of close protection personnel, security for the Cheerleaders' promotional tour, guarding services for a ten-day build for a substantial pre-game Tailgate Party outside the stadium and continuous hotel / transport security.
An evening reception and cocktail party at St Paul's Cathedral attended by Mayor of London Boris Johnson required further security.
ISC pre-planned all parking arrangements, barrier layouts, and guarding for the event, including entries / exits and monitoring of guest lists.
Tampa Cheerleaders: NFL Series
Event / Project Details:
Alongside an ongoing contract for the NFL, Integrated Security Consultants Ltd (ISC) provided the services of its close protection and escort officers to the prestigious cheeleaders of the Tampa Bay 'Buccaneers', the home team for 2009's NFL Series held at Wembley Stadium.

The cheerleaders arrived over a week prior to the NFL events to promote the NFL's growing presence in the UK. ISC's dedicated CP teams took responsibility for the cheerleaders' safety from the moment they touched down, meeting them straight from the airport and escorting them safely to their five star London hotel, to their departure after the match weekend.
Responsibility for guaranteeing the security of the cheerleaders during their stay was undertaken by Colin Morgan, ISC's experienced CP Coordinator. The cheerleaders had a demanding schedule of television appearances and radio shows lined up for their visit, as well as holding cheerleading clinics with cheerleading schools, visits to football clubs and personal appearances at stores including Selfridges and Harrods. Morgan and the CP team took control of all aspects of security for the cheerleaders; from operational consultancy, operational planning visits and close protection coordination to guarding, mobile and search teams.
ISC's meticulous approach saw no stone left unturned. Each venue visited by the cheerleaders was surveyed prior their arrival. This process of gathering information gave the CP team the knowledge to ensure that they were bringing the cheerleaders into the safest environments possible.
As well as handling pre-event and post event security for the cheerleaders, ISC handled their security during all events that cheerleaders attended, including for the NFL match itself held at Wembley Stadium on the final day of the series.
This is the third year running that ISC have looked after Cheerleading teams for the NFL series. Once again, all events ended with no issues or breaches of security.
Hyde Park Sporting Events, Summer 2011

ISC utilised its expertise to provide security for a week-long high profile sporting event in London's Hyde Park this summer. The close protection of major brands, iconic sporting figures and one of the most coveted trophies in professional football, whilst not detracting from the event's fantastic atmosphere, required the experience of an effective and efficient workforce.

Within Hyde Park, a range of renowned brands set up interactive tents, stalls and displays, requiring the skills of ISC personnel to ensure that merchandise and staff were well secured at all times. In addition, the appearance of high-profile trophies and ex-professional footballers provided ISC staff with a multi-faceted task. ISC's experience of events on this scale meant that staff knew how to operate effectively and diplomatically. By adopting a polite and respectful attitude, ISC staff helped to maintain a friendly atmosphere that enabled effective security, and consequently a safe environment for the attending public.
ISC staff had to remain focused and motivated at all times to ensure the public enjoyed the occasion and that ISC's clients were given the most comprehensive and attentive service possible.
One particular challenge embraced by ISC was Heineken's 'Endless Bar', which catered for hundreds of football fans. With high spirits and great camaraderie between opposing team supporters, a diplomatic yet vigilant approach was required from the ISC team to ensure all fans in attendance were safe - whilst allowing everyone to enjoy the event.
In addition to the visiting crowds, equipment and merchandise also needed to be safeguarded. ISC took this in its stride and ensured the site was fully secured at all times, adapting to the specific needs of each client. Those requiring the services of ISC included Sony, Ford and UniCredit; to ensure they each received the very highest standard of service, ISC had over 100 members of staff onsite at peak times.
The presence of football trophies and such well known sporting icons as Gary Lineker and Graham Le Saux, also required extra vigilance. Expertise such as this and a clear awareness of the importance of customer service is why ISC was selected for this event. The result was an extremely successful week of events - and great praise from clients.
Horse Guards Parade, Summer 2014
Event / Project Details:
Destination and corporate event management specialists Spectra DMC selected ISC to secure a spectacular gala dinner for the London Meeting of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL). This was a highly prestigious and unique private event on a grand scale, with a giant marquee erected on the historic Horse Guards Parade. As daylight faded, 1000 guests were welcomed by a choir and the troopers and horses from the Household Cavalry formed a guard of honour. With the event hosted just yards from 10 Downing Street, out in the open and immediately adjacent to a major central London public road, choosing the right security supplier was vital.

The lavish event took place on a Saturday, but ISC was on-site 24 hours a day controlling access to the build from the preceding Monday until the site was clear and returned to its blank canvas state two days later.
ISC believes the company’s success in securing this event is the result of a long history of working on other high profile events, often in spectacular venues, and a culture of listening carefully to clients’ requirements to build a bespoke security service. “We provide only the highest calibre of personnel and while the physical security of the site was a priority at all times, so was the need for competent, adaptive security staff with strong customer service skills,” concludes Griffiths.
Singapore Sports Hub
